Creating/Saving a New Title Clip

Creating a New Title Clip

When Quick Titler is started up from an EDIUS timeline, a new title clip is created automatically. This section describes how to create a new title clip during Quick Titler editing or after start-up.

1Click [File] on the file tool bar.
Alternative

Opening a Title Clip

You can open and edit an existing title clip.

1Click [Open] on the file tool bar.
2Select a file, and click [Open].

Exporting a Still Image

You can export a title you have created, including the background, as a still image.

1Click [File] on the Quick Titler menu bar, and click [Export].

The [Save As] dialog box appears.

2Select the save destination, file name and file format, and click [Save].

Overwrite Saving

You can overwrite save a title clip during editing.

Note
1Click [Save] on the file tool bar.

Save the title clip and exit Quick Titler.

Saving in Another Name

You can save a title clip being edited with a given name.

1Click [File] on the Quick Titler menu bar, and click [Save As].

The [Save As] dialog box appears.

2Enter a file name and click [Save].

Save the title clip and exit Quick Titler.

Automatic Saving in Another Name

You can automatically save the title clip being edited with a given name.

1Click [Auto save as] on the file tool bar.

The title clip will be saved with the file name “Year, month and day saved—4-digit sequential number.etl”.
