Creating a System Snapshot
REQUIREMENT: |
Before beginning this procedure, make sure you have navigated to the iControl—Contacts and snapshots page of iControl ( click HERE). |
1. On the iControl—Contacts and snapshots page, click the link at the bottom of the page to begin a system snapshot.

System Response: iControl displays a message indicating when the snapshot is complete. The data listed above this message comprise the snapshot information.
2. Click the link in the message to download the file to your local file system.

3. Send the file to Grass Valley Technical Support.
