A project template is saved as an ezpt file.
1) Edit a project.
2) Click [File] on the menu bar, and click [Save As Template].
The [Save As Template] dialog box appears.
Alternative
Click the [Save Project] list button on the timeline, and click [Save As Template].
3) Set each item, and click [OK].

By default, the save destination of project templates is set to the “Project Templates” folder on the same level as the project folder.
You can change the default setting of [Template Folder] and [Template Name] using [Application] in [System Settings] → [Template File] in [Project Preset].
