Add Keyframes to the Timeline

  1. On the timeline window, position the play cursor (yellow line with the triangle at the top) at the beginning of the timeline.

  2. Click on the green diamond on the tool bar of the timeline window. This adds the first keyframe which defines the position of the Front Plane in at the beginning of the timeline.
  3. Move Timeline Position Indicator to 100 frames.

  4. Set the X position of the Front Plane to the right edge of screen.

  5. This example project is a 1920 x 1080 screen size, so for off-screen right X should be set to 1920.
  6. Insert the second keyframe by clicking on the green diamond on the tool bar.
