Replacing SSD drives

The front bezel assembly is removed.
DANGER
To avoid serious injury from high currents, ensure that both power cords are disconnected from the GV Director Server prior to removing or replacing any parts.
  1. Remove the two mounting screws fastening the SSD drive to the GV Director Server.
    CAUTION:
    GV Director Server SSD drives are not hot swappable, attempting to replace drives while the system is powered on may result in damage to the drives, corruption of data, and/or damage to the motherboard.
  2. Pull the SSD drive caddy out.
