Adding an RSS Feed to a Program

Add an RSS (Real Simple Syndication) feed to a program. RSS feeds consist of headlines or short summaries of content with a link provided to the original source.

  1. From the Configuration menu, select the RSS Feed Configuration.

  2. From the RSS Feed Configuration menu, tap the New Feed icon. The RSS Feed Information screen displays.

  3. Enter the Name of the RSS feed. This is the system name you will assign to the feed.
  4. Select the content type: Title – displays the title only. Description – displays only the description. Both – displays both the title and description.
  5. Specify the Maximum Stories you want to display for the feed. For example, if you enter 5, the first five stories in the feed will display in your program. When the fifth story is complete, the first story will run through the loop again.
  6. Click Save.
