The following information will help with setup, operation, and shutdown of the GV Director system:

A mixture of interlaced and progressive sources is not supported.
When connecting multi-viewer through DVI, before start-up, use only a standard DVI cable; no extenders or splitters until after start-up unless a DVI/EDID storage device is used.
For the GV Director Server, press and hold down the power button for at least 10 seconds to initiate shutdown.
For the GV Director Control Surface, press the power button once for shutdown.
Production Packs (.ppk files) of an aspect ratio other than what the system is currently running can be loaded.
Some older USB devices are not compatible with the GV Director Control Surface for file transfers.
Inputs not present at start-up are assumed to be the video standard of the output.
Copy protected HDMI (HDCP) sources are not supported.
HDMI audio is not supported in this release.
Use of a 75ohm terminator is recommended when not using pass-through genlock on the GV Director Server.
Audio metering feedback for analog is not available in this release.
