Install the GV Director Server in a rack

The GV Director Server installs in the rack tray assemblies that come with the server. The rack tray assemblies are installed in the rack first. Removing the server bezel makes server installation much easier.

1. From the front of the rack, set the server onto the front rack tray server support brackets and slide the server forward until flush with the rack.
2. Loosen the bezel thumb screws until released and remove the bezel.
3. Thread two 10/32x.310 truss head screws into the top-most and bottom most holes in the front rack tray brackets through the rack and into the rack tray nut bar (for non-threaded racks), for both the Right and Left rack tray assemblies.
4. Replace the bezel and tighten the thumb screws just until tight.
