If a button on the Control Surface is unlit and there is nothing in the
corresponding OLED display, it is available to assign a production element to
the button.
Pressing an open button will cause it to start flashing blue.
This flashing indicates that making a selection of any production element in the
Touchpad menu (Inputs, Clips, Transitions and Effects) will assign that element
to the selected button.
