About the GV I/O Live Ingest and Playout Server

The GV I/O® Live Ingest and Playout Server is a high-performance, cost-effective, COTS (commercial off the shelf) ingest and playout platform tailored for fast-turn production work flows on a 1 RU server with up to four SD or HD channels via SDI, SMPTE 2110, SMPTE 2022-6, and Web Stream inputs for recordings, and also SDI and SMPTE 2110 outputs for playout.

The latest GV I/O includes additional options to support NMOS (IS-04/05), HDR metadata, and UHD work flows, with up to three UHD channels (2 ingests and 1 playout) via SMPTE 2110 streams. It seamlessly integrates with other Grass Valley products to provide a highly flexible and scalable end-to-end solution.
