Troubleshooting tools
You can use the following to troubleshoot your GV I/O system:
- GV I/O controller log at c:\logs\mlog.mmf.
- GV I/O directory and configuration files at c:\profile\config
- GV I/O user logs at ..%AppData%\Grass Valley
- The GV Log Viewer application, on GV STRATUS servers.
- On Windows Event
Viewer, these logs can be accessed under Applications and Services
Logs:
- GVIOConfigServiceEventLog
- NmosNodeServiceEventLog
- Use Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome web browsers to check NMOS configurations
