in and mark out do not match with the embedded LTC in the clip. |

Description: |
Error occurs during continuous ingest
operations with the following remark: 'Unable to record. Please check status of
media server'. The error is caused by the interferences of services running in
the GV STRATUS Core Server. |
| Workaround: |
If the same error keeps occurring and all
segments in the sequence fail, do the following:
- Restart the STRATUSAppPool service in the IIS Server in the GV STRATUS Core Server.
- Reingest the affected segments in the GV STRATUS VTR Ingest application.
