Opening a closed panel

If a panel is currently closed, you can open the panel as follows:

Click Window | View.
Verify that the name of the panel on the menu list does not have a checkmark next to it. If the panel name has a checkmark next to it, the panel is already showing as a fully open panel or as a tab. If you select the panel name, the panel closes, rather than opens.
Select the panel name. The panel opens in its last location.
