Adding a Segmentation panel

You can create and add segmentation panels to accommodate different kinds of asset segmentation in your operation.

  1. Drag an asset into the Player.
  2. Click the New Segmentation button.

    The New Segmentation dialog opens..

  3. Enter the Name of the segmentation panel.
  4. Enter the Description of the panel, if desired.
  5. Select the Type of the segmentation panel from the drop-down list.
  6. Click Create to save the segmentation panel.

    The new segmentation panel opens in the Segmentation Tool.

  7. Click the button to create more segmentation panels, if desired.

    You can create multiple Segmentation panels to assign different segments of an asset for different broadcast times.
