Updating BIOS, BMC and AUL of the FT server

Stratus will release new updates for the FT server about once a year. In order to perform the BIOS/BMC/AUL updates, the FT server must be in full Duplex mode for some parts of the upgrade. This means both CPU and I/O Enclosures are set to Duplex in the ftSys Management Tools and all eight network ports are plugged in. Other parts of the upgrade require the server to be in Simplex mode.

Note: If you are using a DVD with the AUL ISO, you will also need to enable the DVD drive under Device Manager.
