Replace the CompactFlash Card

Before upgrading to K2 Summit system version 10.1, verify that your flash card is 64 GB or greater.

Make sure you already created the recovery image for K2 Summit and save the backup on your USB Recovery Flash Drive.

Do not do this task if you have:
  • A K2 Summit system with CompactFlash system drive of 64 GB or greater.
Do this task if you have:
  • A K2 Summit system with CompactFlash system drive of 32 GB.
  1. Replace the 32-GB flash card with a 64-GB flash card or greater.
  2. Restore the K2 Summit image using Acronis according to the procedure in Restoring from a generic image.
    Note: A reboot will be required after the first boot in order to see the new card, but no other configurations should be required.
