• The system comes ready to use with quick connections for the duplex LAN, USB, and monitor connections.
• The main enclosure is rack-mountable and the main components are easy to install.
• Includes a third-party SDI card (AJA CORVID 88) that supports up to 4 channels of Ingest and Playout.
• Supports a third party network adapter card (Mellanox ConnectX-4 25 GigE) for IP ingests.
• Support for common SD and HD codecs without additional licenses.
• ‘Store and Forward’ workflow ensures essence is cached locally and simultaneously sent to the system storage.
• High performance features include a powerful central processor and high speed Ethernet interface and disk access from SAS (Serial Attached SCSI) disk drives.
• Able to be configured as a standalone device with local storage, or a shared storage client with third party storage system.
• The following Dell EMC Isilon network-attached storage systems are qualified for use with the GV I/O Live Ingest and Playback Server: S210, X210, X410, H400, H500, and H600.
• As of GV STRATUS 6.8 release, the GV I/O does not support the following:
  • Multi-cam or ganging
  • Live-streaming
  • Renaming or transferring while recording
  • 1080p format
