Viewing and modifying placeholder properties

You can view and modify properties of a placeholder in the Inspector panel.

To view the placeholder, do one of the following:
- Double-click the placeholder.
- Drag the placeholder from the Assignment List into the Inspector.
- Right-click on the placeholder and select Open.
- Right-click on the placeholder and select Open With | Inspector.
The placeholder opens in the Inspector panel.
Edit or update the Name, Category, Type, Description, Protection Status, or Editorial Duration of the placeholder.

Your changes will be updated instantly and can be viewed on the Assignment List.
