Playing an EDL

  1. Right-click on an EDL in the Asset List and select Open With | Simple Editor.

    The EDL loads into the Sequence Player and the Timeline.

  2. In the Sequence Player, use the transport controls to navigate through the EDL. Each event is indicated by a symbol on the scrub bar.
  3. Click the Play button in the Sequence Player to play the EDL.

    As the event plays in the Sequence Player, the event's progress indicator in the Timeline displays the current location.
