Disk backplane unit

The disk backplane unit includes the disk backplane board. The disk backplane board provides the connections for the disk modules and hosts the disk status LEDs. It is mounted in the front center of the chassis. It plugs into the disk controller board. A power cable connects the midplane board and the disk backplane board.
