Domain requirements

All services that normally use the .\GVAdmin user must be set to domain_name\GVAdmin (ex: yourdomain\gvadmin). Most of these are set in SiteConfig.

1. In SQL Server Management Studio, right-click on the Logins and add a new Login.
2. In the General tab:
   1. In the Login name, enter GVSERVICE\GVAdmin account.
   2. In the Default database, select MediaFrame.

   

3. In the User Mapping tab:
   1. Check the MediaFrame database, then select it and check the db_owner checkbox in the bottom portion of the dialog.
   2. Repeat with the MediaFlow database, WfPersistence database, and RulesEngine database.
