Mounting the K2 Central TX Media Drives in a Carrier

  1. Remove any dummy drives from the drive carrier. Do this by removing the two screws from the sides of the carrier tray and lift out the dummy drive.

  2. Place the carrier on a flat surface such as a desk, table or work bench.
  3. Slide the hard drive into the carrier tray with the printed circuit board side facing down.

  4. Carefully align the mounting holes on the side of the carrier tray and the hard drive.
  5. Secure the hard drive to the tray using six screws.
