Install SNFS 4.7.2. Note: A reboot is necessary to
allow SNFS to completely install and it must be done before installing other
software.
Remove the K2Central USB drive.
Restart the system.
Insert the K2Central USB drive.
Install the 9.5 software. Do not restart or shutdown at this time.
Navigate to the Grass Valley Apps. Open Embedded Security Manager
In Embedded Security Manager to the right of Solidify Current Files
select Solidify. This will take many minutes to do and messages will display in the
lower Manager Output Window. When new messages stop appearing after the C:, D:, E:
and P: drives are listed then the Solidify step is complete.
In Embedded Security Manager to the right of Update Mode select
Leave. This will cause some actions to be displayed in the lower Manager
Output Window. When complete, the Embedded Security Status at the upper left
of the dialog will show green Enabled for Current Status and Status after
Reboot.
