Attaching a comment to an incident
 
REQUIREMENT:  
Before beginning this procedure, make sure you have completed the procedure "Viewing incident details".
1. Right-click anywhere in the row corresponding to the incident and click Add comment.
System Response: The Add Comment window appears.
2. Enter a comment, such as a description of the incident or other relevant information.
3. Click OK.
System Response: The comment is saved to the incident log database.
 

NOTE: You can attach more than one comment to an incident.
