Certification

This product is certified by ETL to comply with the following standards:

CAN/CSA C22.2 No. 950-93 - Safety of Information Technology Equipment, Including Electrical Business Equipment.

IEC950 - Safety of Information Technology Equipment, Including Electrical Business Equipment (Second Edition 1991).

UL1950 - Safety of Information Technology Equipment, Including Electrical Business Equipment (Second Edition 1993).

EN60950 - Safety of Information Technology Equipment, Including Electrical Business Equipment.

Rear Panel Switch and Connectors

The rear panel of the PDX103 has the power on-off switch, the power connector and two SCSI loop-through connections. See Figure 2.

The power connector accommodates the standard power cord, or power cords from any of the power cord options that are available for the PDX103.

The main power switch for the PDX103 has two settings: ON (full power) and STANDBY (which keeps the primary of the power supply energized).

The SCSI-A and SCSI-B sockets connect to the external SCSI-II interface on the PDR100.
