Viewing assets
If GV STRATUS security is enforced, your credentials must give you adequate permissions. You can only view assets with read permissions, and edit assets with write permissions. If read permissions are denied on specific assets, those assets will not be available for viewing.
- Locate the desired asset by browsing or using the Search tool.

To view the asset, do one of the following:
- Double-click the asset in the Asset List panel.
- Drag and drop the asset into the Inspector panel.
- Right-click on the asset and select Open With | Inspector.
The asset displays in the Inspector panel.
You can play the asset, set markers and keywords, trim the asset, create segmentation, view asset properties, link the asset to a placeholder, copy, transfer, or archive the asset.
To copy asset properties, right-click on each property and select Copy 'Property' Value.
