Launching and closing a Channel Panel

Launch a Channel Panel as follows:

In the Navigator, expand the Tools node and select Channel Panels. Your Channel Panel configuration is displayed in the Asset List.
Right-click the Channel Panel configuration and select Launch.
The Channel Panel opens.

Note: If a user on the GV STRATUS workstation is using Channel Panel, it is not recommended to log into EDIUS application as the same user on the same workstation.
To close the Channel Panel, click the X button on the title bar. The Channel Panel closes and one of the following occurs, based on Channel Panel user preferences:
- Channel operations continue, which allows any record or play operations currently underway to continue.
- Channels close, which stops any record or play operations currently underway.
