SiteConfig Proxy Encoder software install

Only systems with a Proxy Encoder require this process.

If you received your system pre-configured from Grass Valley, software is already installed, so you can skip these tasks. Otherwise, work through the tasks in this section as follows:

If your GV STRATUS system has one or more GV STRATUS servers that are Proxy Encoders, install software on those servers.

If your GV STRATUS system has a single GV STRATUS Express server and no Proxy Encoders, the GV STRATUS Express server has Proxy Encoder software installed. Follow software installation instructions for the GV STRATUS Express server, rather than the instructions in this section.
